This agreement and the accompanying disclosures, along with the Membership and Account Agreement provided to you upon joining the Credit Union, govern and cover your rights and obligations concerning the use of this electronic service provided by The State Credit Union. With respect to this agreement and the following disclosures, the words "you" and "your" or any like reference is in regard to a member who requests and uses the site or SCU on WEB service, any joint account holders who access the site or SCU on WEB service, or any other authorized user of the service. The words "we", "us", "our" or any like reference mean The State Credit Union. The words "account", "accounts", or any like reference means any financial relationship you have established with The State Credit Union. After approval for access to the SCU on WEB service or any other service provided by The State Credit Union, each of you, jointly and severally agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and Disclosure, and any amendments hereafter.
